The owner of Spectra Mortgage is a CPA with over 20 years experience providing tax and accounting services prior to founding Spectra Mortgage. Additionally, several of our loan officers have extensive finance and real estate backgrounds. We believe our role is to educate, provide advice, and provide options in connection with the mortgage services we provide. We believe that if we do a good job of listening to our clients, providing them appropriate alternatives, and fully explaining all the details our clients will be in a position to make a sound financial decision about what mortgage solution is best for them. As part of this process, we are happy to work with other professional advisors that our clients may have so that you, as the advisor, are fully informed regarding our recommendations to ensure that they meet the broader objectives that your clients may have.

When we receive a referral, we believe that we have a dual obligation and must be accountable. First and foremost, we have an obligation to our client to understand their goals and objectives, identify appropriate mortgage solutions that fit their situation and act in a professional manner and with integrity at all times. Our second obligation is to validate the confidence and trust shown by the individual who made the referral.
We are seeking business relationships where we can add value and where possible assist in growing our partner's business. For our referral partners we provide relevant information on the mortgage industry that can enhance their knowledge and effectiveness and we are accessible to them and their clients seven days a week.
